Beckayyyy

this was spread out throughout the day...just in case you were wondering.
Breakfast
: vitamin water (lemonade)

Snack: handful of cashews

Snack: yoplait peach fat-free yogurt

Snack: tangerine

Late Lunch: cup of chicken noodle soup, breadstick

Snack: apple

Dinner: chicken parmesan (made by Susan), small piece of italian bread w/ a hint of butter
