3 days to race!

Breakfast: honey bunches of oats cereal, pb&j
Snack: yogurt
Snack: 2 rice cakes
Lunch: cosi turkey, tomato, mozerella, hummus, pieces of sample cosi bread
Snack: handful of cashews
Snack: apple, slice of wheat bread w/ peanutbutter
Dinner: asian noodles from costco

exercise--50 minutes on the treadmill, weights, crunches
