Snack: Handful of almonds and a few chocolate chips (sugar craving!), Medium coffee w sugar free coffeemate
Lots of water
Dinner: Slice of pizza with bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, olives, and sausage, Water
Exercise: 5k run (45 minutes)
